Yarns > Angel Angora DK Angel Yarns ExclusiveWe have now added to our own range of wonderfully soft Angora yarns with the new DK - double knitting. Once again the wools are unbrushed and with knitting and wear they have a luxuriously soft and fluffy haze - the characteristic 'angora look'. The yarn is exceptionally comfortable to wear next to the skin, not being at all itchy or scratchy and is usually suitable even for those with the most delicate of skins. Our Angora DK yarn is available in 35, hand-dyed colours and as the yarns are dyed in small batches shade variations may occur. Some colours are more liable to shading than others. The Angora bunnies are brushed regularly and the fluff they yield gets spun to supply this lovely yarn - no bunnies are harmed and according to the owner they love the attention! Due to the nature of the natural fibres that we use there may be slight flaws in the colour of some yarns. These are natural and add to the beauty and character of each dye batch.
